Live To Tell gains membership on the Oregon Alliance To Prevent Suicide

In December, LTT President Eric Martz attended the state government’s new committee for suicide prevention. The Oregon Health Authority requested that the President of our nonprofit attend these quarterly meetings. Eric Martz is now the first youth member of the Alliance, which meets in Portland every three months to discuss suicide prevention efforts around the state. New data from the 2019 Oregon Healthy Teens Survey revealed some interesting data about teenage mental health, including suicidal ideation, firearms access, and bullying.
